SEP 30

Review Bylaws with Executive Board and consider any revisions

If revisions needed, make the changes and generate the updated bylaws pdf in the eBylaws system and send the pdf together with the completed change cover form to council parliamentarian and wait for its return from state parliamentarian with their signature. After the updated bylaws are adopted in the unit's General Association meeting and signed by the unit's president and secretary, upload the fully signed bylaws pdf to MyPTEZ document management under current fiscal year.

Annual Financial Report for Last Fiscal Year: send to council treasurer and/or upload to MyPTEZ document management under last fiscal year (contact council if you aren’t sure how to do this)

OCT 1

Year-End Financial Review (audit) for Last Fiscal Year (Jan - Jun): send to council financial reviewer and/or upload to MyPTEZ document management under last fiscal year; does not need General Association adoption before sending

Annual Budget for Current Fiscal Year: send to council treasurer and/or upload to MyPTEZ document management under current fiscal year

Membership: remit membership per capita to council treasurer with this form; minimum of 15 members to be in good standing (remittance for membership paid on Totem is done automatically).  A chance to win PTA Awards!! Council Assessment Due ($20): remit to council treasurer with this form

NOV 1

Reflections entries due (Location TBD)

DEC 20

Insurance Premium Payment due (emails from AIM to PTA presidents will be sent in early Oct)

Worker's Comp Annual Payroll Report due (portal and forms available in Dec): submit according to the instruction here and upload a copy to MyPTEZ document management under current fiscal year; all units must submit the report even if they did not pay anyone.

Membership: Final remittance of per capita due to council treasurer with this form. A chance to win PTA Awards!!

MAR 14
